Latest Castle Age changes

CA changed some stuff and CAGE just stumbles over some of that changes. I already fixed the gifts page and the current general image when starting up.

You noticed anything else the please let know. I will update CAGE today so the newest CA update will be no problem any more.

As I do not really like working with wikis I added a manual showing you the basics of CAGE. Currently only the General Selector is available, but will add more pretty soon.
